No heavy meals, drinking, smoking or intense exercise during this period. 30 minutes before sleep, lie in bed with head and feet slightly elevated, low lights and read a book. Ensure your bedroom temperature is not too hot (ideally around 18º Celsius). Be consistent with your sleep schedule and bag 7-8 hours of sleep every night.
